Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. EnsembleIO accounts are created and managed by your organization's administrator. If you would like your account and associated data removed, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1 — Contact Your Organization Admin
Since your account is managed by your organization, the fastest way to have your data removed is to ask your organization administrator to remove you from the organization. When an admin removes a member, your membership and associated data within that organization are deleted.
Option 2 — Contact EnsembleIO Support
If you are unable to reach your organization admin directly, our support team can assist:
Send an email to support@ensembleio.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Include the email address associated with your EnsembleIO account in the body of the email.
Our team will reach out to the relevant organization administrator(s) on your behalf to initiate the removal process.
Your organization admin may contact you directly to confirm the deletion request and verify your identity before proceeding.
You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed by your organization.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account credentials — email, hashed password, authentication tokens
- Profile information — name, phone number, profile photo
- Organization memberships — your membership in all organizations
- Availability records — your personal availability preferences and schedules
- Push notification tokens — device tokens for push notifications
- Biometric enrollment data — local biometric authentication settings
What Data May Be Retained
Certain anonymized or organizational records may be retained for operational integrity:
- Attendance records — historical attendance entries may be anonymized and retained for organizational reporting purposes
- Schedule assignments — past schedule assignments may be anonymized to preserve organizational schedule history
- Audit logs — records required for security auditing may be retained in anonymized form
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any data. If you belong to multiple organizations, your membership in all of them will be removed.
Processing Timeline
The timeline for account deletion depends on your organization's administrator. Once you submit a request through EnsembleIO Support, we will promptly contact your admin to initiate the process. If you change your mind, contact us or your admin to cancel the request before it is completed.
