Welcome to EnsembleIO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and EnsembleIO ("we", "our", or "us") regarding your access to and use of our mobile applications, web suites, and platform services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering for, or using the EnsembleIO application or web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized access.

3. Organizational Tenancy & Multi-User Governance

EnsembleIO provides a multi-tenant platform. When you join or are assigned to an organization workspace (a "Tenant"), your organization's administrators determine role permissions, session schedules, and attendance rules. Organizational data remains under the administrative stewardship of the respective organization.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local regulations.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with security keys (such as AES CMAC credentials on NFC DNA tags).
Falsify geofence attendance verifications or submit fraudulent check-in records.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service servers.

5. Termination & Organizational Roster Management

Organization administrators may add, deactivate, or remove members from their workspace roster at any time. If an individual member wishes to leave an organization or disassociate their account, they may contact their group administrator or email support@ensembleio.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any organization or user that violates these Terms or compromises system security.
